Choctaws Get Hip with Crypto for Casinos

In an innovative move, the Choctaw Nation is teaming up with Bitline to let casino-goers bet with cryptocurrency. This first-of-its-kind deal in the U.S. aims to tap into digital assets as a new way for players to fund their gambling.

By integrating Bitline with Everi’s Cash Club system, the partnership will allow Oklahoma patrons who own Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies to use those holdings at the slots or tables. Cash Club will handle verifying their identity and screening for responsible gaming along the way.

“We want to give our guests secure access to the funds they have tied up in crypto,” said Thomas McDonald, Senior Director of Cage and Credit. “Working with leaders like Everi, we’re investing in forward-thinking offerings for discerning players.”
